The moment you step into our home, you can tell that we value organization and neatness. And this extends to every corner of our lives, including our closets. We recently stumbled upon some amazing closet organization ideas that we can’t wait to implement in our own his and her closet.

A Closet Fit for Royalty

We were in awe when we saw the closet featured in My Organized Chaos. Everything is neatly arranged and labeled making it easy to find items. Shoes are in clear boxes, pants are hung using S hooks, and jewelry has its own dedicated area. It’s like a royal closet from a fairytale.

Luxe Fabrics and Accessories

Our eyes were delighted by the luxurious renovation featured in Lowcountry Home Magazine. The plush velvet seat and rug scream comfort, while the chandelier and gold accents add glamour. The closet feels like a high-end boutique, complete with fragrances, hats, and handbags that are displayed like artwork.

We are inspired by these closets, and we want to create a his and her closet that’s a perfect hybrid of the two. We’ll start by opting for a neutral color palette and utilizing every inch of space in our closet. We will separate our clothes by category and color, and then organize them using hangers and labeled bins. A full-length mirror is a must-have, as is a comfy ottoman where we can sit and put on our shoes.

We also can’t wait to add a few personalized touches, like hanging our favorite necklaces on a hook and displaying our watches in a glass case. We will also add a few decorative touches like a vase of fresh flowers and a scented candle. Our his and her closet will be our go-to spot when we need a little peace and organization in our lives.
